Integration is the ability for two different pieces of software to communicate with each other. You can have one-way and two-way communication depending upon the software. While autotext.me can run stand-alone without any issues, we currently have one-way integration with the shop management systems listed below and can transfer customer and vehicle data to autotext.me, eliminating dual entry on the client's end. We are actively talking to shop management vendors in an effort to create further relationships for one-way integration and are also working towards two-way integration. An example of this would be pushing inspection recommendations back into the shop management system to easily create repair orders.
